Intellectual property
Questions, summaries, explanations and the software are owned by CertReadiness or licensed to it. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use them for your own exam preparation. All other rights are reserved.
CISSP®, CCSP® and other ISC² marks are the property of ISC². We are not endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with ISC².
AI features (opt-in)
The AI helpers use Anthropic's Claude models under a signed DPA and SCCs. Personal data is stripped from prompts before they leave our servers. AI output can be wrong; treat it as a study aid, not as authoritative material. Per-user quotas and abuse limits apply — see /privacy.
Payments and refunds
If you purchased a licence directly, refunds are available within 14 days of purchase under Dutch consumer-law terms, provided you have used less than 20% of the content. Cohort licences follow the purchasing organisation's contract.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is". CertReadiness makes no guarantee that you will pass any certification exam. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, CertReadiness's total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.
Termination
You can close your account any time via privacy@certreadiness.com. We can suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms or of law. Sections on IP, disclaimers, liability and governing law survive termination.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date at the top will change. Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
Governing law
Dutch law applies. Disputes fall under the Rechtbank Amsterdam, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-law jurisdictions.
